Letter of Assurance is a letter sent to another party assuring the receiver that the sender will perform its contract obligations and/or meet contract expectations. Letter must include the reason for the letter, breach, person(s) included, and a detailed account of steps taken or plan made (ie “assurance”) that expectations will be met or improved going forward.
